So old, this baby.

You guys. Eleanor had a birthday and we didn't even TALK about it. It was New Year's Eve, we had a bunch of people over and let Eleanor stay up an extra half-hour and then were like, NIGHTY NIGHT, enjoy sleeping through your fireworks.

But now she is one year old. I baked her a cake. It was a banana bread and I iced it with pink whipped cream and let her go to town. At first she was all, Doo de doo, whipped cream I love you.

And then she got to the cake part and was like NO THANKS YOU EAT IT.

But then she ended up eating most of it and not pooing for two days.

Worth it.

I made her a dolly for her birthday, named Susan.

Eleanor loves Susan.

Like, a lot.

Like, a lot a lot.

And so now it is more than a month after her birthday, which makes her one and one-twelfth years old. She is big. She eats with a fork.

Such a people, she is.

How did I not know that this blog exists? I love seeing all-Eleanor, all the time, instead of the one-offs on your bookish blog. Good times!
