What the heck is fouetté? Don't you guys have plain old frosting up there?
Ok I don't need a recipe because I'm told my cakes are darn tasty but how, for the love of pete, do you get such a consistant amount of batter in each paper-cup thingy so that all your cakes come out the same size?And they look delicious BTW
