Couple things re understanding the mysteries of blogger...
1. If upload ALL my pic's first, then add text, seems to work fine. If I try an add pic's after I've been typing - doesn't want to work. Why? don't know, so i keep trying what works.
2. I usually resize my pic's, to 800x600, and then save as jpg at 75% of original quality - this shrinks the file size considerable, making uploads much faster. Pic's coming straight out of the camera are way bigger than necessary for this type of thing.

Ahh my pet...I would have pity on this emotionally-limited (if not "lacking") machine if it had the ability to understand pity.
